  • Keep frozen at or below −18°C until ready to use.
  • Once thawed, do not refreeze. Use within 1–2 days and keep refrigerated.
  • Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before use. Do not thaw at room temperature.
  • Cook thoroughly before consuming. Ensure the meat is fully cooked through.
  • Best enjoyed as shabu-shabu — simply swirl thin slices in a pot of gently simmering broth until just cooked through (approx. 15–30 seconds per slice).
  • Also suitable for stir-fries, hotpots, and noodle dishes.
  • Best before date printed on packaging. Do not use after expiry.
